Chatted with Phil Collen, the generally shirtless guitarist from Def Leppard since “Photograph” blew up and knocked “Billie Jean” off the top of the charts back in the stone ages. So good. He’s in a new glam-punk with Paul Cook from the Sex Pistols that still plays the little stages at festivals and he’s psyched to hang with C.C. DeVille on this current tour they’re on with Poison and Cheap Trick — “He lives right down the street from me but I don’t see him much.”
